मामला गंभीर तो है लेकिन RPF स्कोरटिंग पार्टी कभी अपने पैसेंजर के साथ पैसा छिनने जैसा कृत्य कर ही नहीं सकता RPF का जवान हो या अधिकारी अपनी ड्यूटी के प्रति सदैव सतर्क और ईमानदार रहा है और हमेशा रहेगा किसी के बारे में कुछ भी बिना तथ्य के आरोप लगा देना यह एक निंदनीय है l

बिहार राज्य का शासन और प्रशासन ही चोर और दलाल है फिर दानापुर हो या पटना वह शरीफ कहा है बहुत शर्म की बात है जो की इस तरह के लोग को सरकार जनता और राज्य की सेवा देखभाल के लिए रखा गया है पता नहीं कब बिहार का सुधार होगा ऐसे लोगो के खिलाफ कड़ी से कड़ी करवाई होनी चाहिए और जड़ से दलाली हो या कोई और चोरी लूटपाट को उखाड़ फेंकना चाहिए और एक शरीफ ईमानदार और विकासशील देश राज्य बनाना चाहिए यह मेरा राज्य सरकार से निवेदन है

Misuse of Authority by RPF/GRP and Harassment of Innocent Families:
It has come to my knowledge that in village Baro (Begusarai), a family was severely harassed under the so-called 3 RP(UP) Act at the behest of a neighbour who paid a bribe of one lakh rupees to an Inspector of the Railway Protection Force (IPF). The victim’s family also reported that they were coerced into paying an additional ₹60,000 to secure some relief, with the threat that both the husband and wife would otherwise be brutally assaulted. However brutally assaulted too.
When the victim family approached the court and filed a case against the IPF, they were pressurised to withdraw their complaint, being warned of further suffering if they pursued justice.
This is not an isolated case. A shocking incident at the same railway station reveals the depth of corruption and abuse of power. A young girl, travelling to Kolkata with her maternal grandfather, was forcibly taken away from a coach by personnel of the Government Railway Police (GRP) under the pretext of “verification.” Instead of protection, she was subjected to a heinous assault and later handed back to her maternal grandfather to board another train. Ironically, the “verification” ended with the conclusion that both the girl and her grandfather were genuine passengers; but only after the girl was victimised in the most inhuman way.
Such incidents expose how GRP and RPF, entrusted with safeguarding passengers and railway property, exploit their powers for extortion and personal gain. Innocent citizens live in fear of being falsely implicated, while professional criminals and mafias often enjoy immunity through collusion with corrupt officials.
I myself, during my years of service in the Railways, witnessed how:
Innocent men, women, and even children were implicated in false cases of pilferage merely for picking up discarded items lying in railway yards. These poor people languish in jail for years, while organised mafias go untouched.
Scrap and valuable materials pilfered from workshops and stores are smuggled out in trucks at night under the protection of certain officials despite trucks not allowed to enter workshop’s stores after 6pm.
RPF personnel themselves sarcastically remarked that i heard one of them to ask your GrA officers of the Engineering department to help getting rid of RPF’s custody for not suffer so much despite innocent. He was innocent store clerk&made to suffer for not assisting them to pay off money from a contractor who was issued cement. If any innocent railway staff is caught&chargesheet issued they should seek help from their senior officers, as they would otherwise suffer in prolonged trials lasting decades despite being innocent.
In one instance, a poor villager even approached me for advice, saying he was offered goods at cheap rates by RPF personnel to sell in the open market; items clearly taken from railway yards under the guise of pilferage. Such practices reveal the deep nexus between petty thieves, organised mafias, and corrupt elements within RPF/GRP.
These experiences highlight a grave misuse of the RP(UP) Act, which was originally framed to prevent pilferage but is now often weaponised against the poor and powerless, while those with influence and money remain untouched. Innocent families are destroyed, their dignity stripped, and their lives reduced to endless litigation and suffering.
It is most unfortunate that the very departments meant to protect railway property and safeguard passengers have, in many cases, turned into instruments of harassment, extortion, and exploitation.
